Jamie Vexd is without question one of the pioneers of the Dubstep/Bass scene. In January 2006 as part of the duo 'Vex'd', he featured on the now legendary 'Dubstep Warz', Mary Anne Hobbs' show (Radio One) with six other artists who went on to shape the face of the Dubstep genre. Now operating solo, Jamie is an artist who continually pushes his sound and does not follow the crowd. A serious perfectionist, anyone who has heard his Massive remix of Twitch by Scuba will know what I mean.  'In System Travel' is a deep lush sounding track. Warm and organic in feel, it has a wave of bass that will push you along. On the flip side 'Radiant Industry' is a full blown space bass adventure. Waves of bass, flickers of light, and space debris everywhere. 'Saturn's Reply' has a warm thick bass over a staggered lurching beat. Listening is believing. Welcome to 2009.
